An exciting opportunity has arisen at Dirtworks limited in the serene rural West Auckland suburb of Whenuapai. We are seeking a Workshop Parts Administrator to join a small fun and energetic heavy diesel workshop team in the transportation and earthmoving industry. Essentially, your role looks to enhance the optimal workflow between our workshop, our operational departments and our suppliers, through the procurement, organisation and administration of our parts and stock. This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday, working 25 family friendly and flexible hours per week to be worked between 9am and 4pm daily. This may be the perfect opportunity for you, especially if you are someone with:

  • strong administration and relationship building skills;
  • attention to detail with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • an inquisitive and analytical mindset when it comes to working with data and working with technology;
  • an energetic, motivated and positive ‘can do’ attitude

Any experience in an automotive setting may give you a head start in this role, but it is not as essential as your customer relations and administrative experience.

A condition of employment will involve the successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
