Company Director

Company founder with over 20 years’ experience in earthworks, clean fill, transport and managing complex projects across Auckland.

Lewis Morgan

General Manager

Lewis is originally from Wales in the UK, he is still waiting for the day where Wales might beat the All Blacks… that day might never come. His career in NZ commenced within the transport and logistics industry, followed by time spent with the AA and later Waste Management in the landfill arena. Workplace culture is something he takes very seriously, empowering our people to try new things, treat each other with respect and strive for operational greatness. Dirtworks is a business that thrives on impressing our customers, we can provide quick solutions and give confidence to our customers across both our Transport and Managed Fill divisions. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children who strive to keep them on their toes

Michael Neeley

Operations Manager

Mike has 20 years’ experience in earthmoving, including a wide range of machine operating, transport and mining. In the last 10 years he has moved into managing people and operations with a focus on safety, compliance and developing high performing teams.

Jarrod Colbert

Consents Manager

Jarrod has over 10 years’ experience in the Land Development sector working on a range of projects across Auckland. Since starting at Dirtworks in 2019, Jarrod has been involved in managing the consents for Dirtworks’ Managed Fill Facility. His prior experience as a consulting Town Planner brings relevant environmental and resource management knowledge to the Dirtworks team.

Tom Sinclair

Commercial Manager

Tom is a Civil Engineer with over 12 years’ experience in the civil and construction industry. He is responsible for securing and consenting our future projects as well as assisting with our current ones. He is easy-going and loves mountain biking in his spare time.

Brad McNair

Fleet Manager

Brad has accrued over 30 years of experience working within large and medium sized organisations, holding both managerial & frontline roles. He has extensive experience working in logistics & supply chains within a diverse range of industries. Brad understands the importance of doing the right things & then doing them right. A proud West Aucklander, Brad can be relied on to get the job done in the way it needs to be done.

Jonathan Hill

Sales

Jono has been at Dirtworks for several years now and has found a home behind the sales desk. He is committed to “moving heaven and earth” for our customers, and with many years of sales experience, you’ll find dealing with Dirtworks very straightforward and easy.

When Jono’s not taking your calls and working on your quotes in the office, he will be kicking the dirt around on your sites. You’ll also find him out and about all around New Zealand every weekend ripping it up on his dirt bike or mountain bike.

Jean Werton

HR & HSE Manager

Jean has worked throughout New Zealand for organisations of all sizes, spanning the manufacturing, construction, insurance, education and recently transport and earthmoving sectors. Jean has a Bachelor of Health Science, Diploma in Business Studies – Adult Training and Development major, a National Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, and Certificates in both Human Resources and Education Bridging. If there were more days in the week Jean would happily fill them with more creativity, relaxing at the bach, or exploring the quaint towns of New Zealand on her motorbike.
