About the Company:
Dirtworks is a rapidly growing bulk earthworks company specializing in clean fill projects in the Auckland region, with our yard based in Whenuapai. We are accomplishing great work and are a small business success story, thanks in large part to our people.
We are seeking a moxy driver to assist on our site. Some experience, W endorsement and/or C4 drivers licence preferred, but most importantly, a positive can-do attitude and safety focus are considered paramount.
A fixed term offered for the earthmoving season with great rates and consistent work offered.
Skills:
- Class 1 licence essential, Class 4 or W endorsed license preferred.
- Strong work ethic with high productivity.
- Physically fit and capable.
- Punctual and reliable with sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to contribute to our positive safety culture.
Duties:
- Provide effective, efficient and professional machine operating services.
- Assist with the care, maintenance and compliance of machinery.
- Efficiently and accurately records and submits all paperwork on time.
- A team player that takes pride in their work.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members.
- A good attitude towards maintenance and care of machinery.
Candidates for this role will be required to have NZ Residency or a NZ work visa. We pride ourselves on our stringent health and safety process, therefore, pre-employment drug screens and random drug tests are carried out on all of our sites.
